No. Due to the highly automated nature of our system, once orders have been placed they cannot be modified. If you need to make a change, we will need to cancel your order. Please email cancelorder@686.com.
If you've placed your order during a promotional period and intend to re-order, we recommend you place a new order right away for the correct item(s) to ensure your eligibility for the promotion.
NOTE:
- Orders placed Mon-Fri before 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the same day.
- Orders placed Mon-Fri after 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the following business day.
