No. Due to the highly automated nature of our system, once orders have been placed they cannot be modified. If you need to make a change, we will need to cancel your order and then you can place a new one. Please email cancelorder@686.com.
NOTE:
- Orders placed Mon-Fri before 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the same day
- Orders placed Mon-Fri after 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the following business day
- Orders placed Sat-Sun: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the following Monday
