Depending on the product and the nature of the issue, we'll direct you to one of the following services:
- Our third-party repair partner specializing in technical repairs, especially for Outerwear
- A professional local to you who can fix most issues with Everywear apparel
- Our limited, in-house repair operation
Know that we are being mindful of costs, the time to repair, and the environmental impact when we recommend these services.
Our repair partners offer best-in-class turnaround times and can often meet a 1-3 week timeline to repair your gear, but during the peak winter season this can extend to 6-8 weeks.
The purpose of repair is always to restore your garment back to first-quality condition, and function and integrity will be prioritized over looks. While we do send our partners 686-specific trims, zippers, etc., they may not always be available and an equal, non-matching part may have to be used in it's place. As a result, colors and materials may vary and contribute to the unique wear-story of your garment.
Don't forget that you must always wash your garment before sending it for repair. We and our partners do not accept dirty garments, and any items in such condition will be sent back with the cost of return shipping billed to you.
Lastly, please note that if the cost of the repair exceeds a reasonable amount, a replacement product or 686.com credit will be issued in lieu of a repair.
