If you are a customer in the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase contract and return your items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Submit a standard electronic notice of withdrawal using our digital form: Request a Withdrawal.
Beyond the standard withdrawal period, returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days* from the delivery date. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.
Your refund will include any taxes, duties, and outbound shipping that were paid. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount.
At this time we are not able to accommodate exchanges or store credit. If you need a different size, color, or a different product altogether, we kindly ask that you return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at 686.com.
*Orders placed between Nov. 1-30 will have an extended return window until Jan. 15 to accommodate gift returns.

We can only process returns for purchases made at 686.com. Purchases from Authorized Retailers or other 3rd parties cannot be returned through our online returns system.
NOTE: Please do not mix items from multiple orders in a single return. We have a very automated return process and if you add items from another return in the same package it will delay the processing of your refund.
