Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes! Here's how:

1. After entering your Order # and Zip Code on our Easy Returns Page, click on the item you'd like to exchange:
   
2. Choose the reason for your exchange:
   
   
   
3. Choose to exchange for a new color or size:
   
   
   
4. Scroll down until you see, and click, "Shop now with your return credit":
   
   
   
5. Click "Continue with return":
   
   
   
6. Click "Shop Now":
   
   
   
7. Proceed through the store until you've added your new items to the cart, and head to Check Out:
   
   
   
8. Review and submit your return. If the items chosen are less than the amount of your original purchase, you'll be refunded the difference. If your items are more, you'll pay for the difference.
