Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days* from the shipment date. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. An $8 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunded amounts will be applied to the original payment method used for ordering. We do not process refunds for the original shipping cost.
At this time we are not able to accommodate exchanges or store credit. If you need a different size, color, or a different product altogether, we kindly ask that you return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at 686.com.
*Orders placed between Nov. 1-30 will have an extended return window until Jan. 15 to accommodate gift returns.

We can only process returns for purchases made at 686.com. Purchases from Authorized Retailers or another 3rd party cannot be returned through our online returns system.
NOTE: Please do not mix items from multiple orders in a single return. We have a very automated return process and if you add items from another return in the same package it will delay the processing of your refund.
